The future plans significantly improve the turnover and operating profit of the touristic development, these include:-

Building of an Irish pub at the back of the hotel facing the Il Mercato complex, currently under discussion with the actual contractors who architected and built the Il Mercato on a agreement for them to build an Irish pub on our 2,500 square meters of land with development license at the back of the hotel and also a outdoor auditorium and office space. The Irish pub and commercial premises will tie exclusive food and beverage additional to electricity and site managements from our facilities in our hotel
We are also in discussion with parties in Dubai and Egypt that have interested exclusive high end retail companies interested in our future commercial space from a letting point of view.
Contracting out of kitchen and Bakery (which is larger than the current largest kitchen in Sharm El Sheik’s Marriott (450 rooms)), to airports, business and other functions
Contracting out of laundry facilities which are on site and capable of providing for a hotel with 250+ rooms
7 shops of which will be managed by ourselves on site with prospect to build on site a further 10 shops, 2-4 of the original 7 shops will sell exclusive diving equipment and be a main distributors for the area.
Currently in progress; is an agreement to purchase 1-2 large boats, to allow in 12 months to take ownership completely and run a complete holiday package on an diving all inclusive basis
Direct marketing with diving publications famous throughout the world, regular reviews
Internet advertising and booking of diving packages, making use of the latest 3D technology to allow potential visitors and facility users to walkthrough the hotel and also potential interested investors
