EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Based upon information and data collected during the fieldwork phase of our study,
And subsequent research and analyses, we are of the opinion that there is sufficient
Market demand to support the below scenario:

  • the operation and final construction of a new 61-room, full service hotel, 4 star+ hotel with all its facilities (restaurant, discothèque, shops, hotel)

Benefits of the hotel:-

  1. To create and sustain 45 permanent jobs with 20-30 seasonal jobs not including jobs created by the 7 shops on the premises
  2. Consolidation of high quality facility which will benefit and consolidate other high end local facilities as the Narma Bay centre becomes a mid range centre with Sharm Elesse road which divides Il Mercato and the hotel becoming the High end with exclusive facilities commercial retail and tourist facilities.
  3. Provide high returns on 1 and 2 year fixed bond investments already completed and will be available in the future with lower entry points to allow smaller investors with £1,000 pound or more to invest for 1 – 2 years in the hotel with high returns. Much investment has come from international sources outside Egypt, though in the future it is our aim to appeal directly to potential Egyptian investors

This recommendation is based on our analysis of market characteristics, the area hotel supply and demand, the amenities offered by the competitive hotels, and the targeted clientele of the subject hotel.

Emax strategy consultant evaluated several sites in Sharm El Sheik and Sharks Bay area of Egypt based on access, visibility, and relationship to demand generators as well as discussions with representatives from local government organizations, commercial operations, and tourism organizations.

Generally, hotel development is located near major area attractions, large Corporations or a large population base. The area that appears most comparable to this description is the Narma Bay. Three sites in particular were identified the area the Hotel next to ‘Seabelle ‘Emax2001’s’ hotel development at the side and Tower Country Club ( as self catering hotel facility 0.3 miles away from the Seabelle.
